when you are creating your character you will come to the point where it wants a name.

as soon as you press enter after inputting your chosen name it will show another box that is titled "Server"

you don't have to press enter, it is already waiting for input, here is where you put in the name of the server, like "Shiva" for instance, then press enter.

at that point another box will show up below that in which you can enter your world or gold world pass.
