Possibilty of a WP please?Follow

I have checked the world pass board but didn't see anyone asking or giving a world pass to this server. So I figured i would post in the server where everyone is from the server im needing to get to. i already deleted my bismarck characters and tried the create/delete character crap and that didn't work at all. So i'm wondering, can I get a world pass because the person who is supposed to get me one wont be back in the game until march 1st, and ive already paid to reactiate my account. I would like to play now or as soon as possible. If anyone can help?
