I started my MMO life with FFXI and liked the game for the most part. After several years of playing i felt the prices on items in-game were to high and i didn't enjoy playing that much after that. After moving to WoW i really enjoyed the game and haven't played FFXI in about 2 years.
The point of this post is that shiva was my old server and i'm wondering if prices went down cause when i stopped sniper rings were several million gil utsu: ichi was about 500k and i was broke. Have price gone up or down since i last played??

Let's put it this way, Scorpion Harness is down to 700K, and the RMT are getting put into thier place by Square-Enix, alot of the good high priced items are getting put into BCNMs and NM drops are replaced with Rare/Exclusives, the NMs for items like Thief's Knife, pop item for Byakko, Alkyoneus' Bracelets, Pallas' Bracelets are now popped by Rare/Exclusive items and a alot more.

items that were 20mil over a year ago, are down to bellow 2mil now. its crazy stuff.
I still remember Scorpion Harness +1 being sold for 35mil that one X-mas, now the +1 is a little under 2mil. o.O Sucks to be the ones who bought it for 35mil.
