POL issues?Follow

so, whenever i attempt to play ffxi, POL gives an error mesage, teliing me i dont have a content ID, yet when i look under content id's it says i have one.
can someone please tell me whats going on and how i could fix it?

thats what i thought, but that would be weird because i did have one, i was playing it not 2 weeks ago and i didnt de-activate it.
maybe ill just put in a new credit card and hope it works
