Not sure how you coe up with the 20% number. Let's see, the last downtime lasted approximately 12 hours. Even assuming this one lasts 12 hours, the highest number I can come up with is 10% downtime.

And while I understand that downtime sucks, I'd rather have the service down because they're trying to fix it, than because some mysterious problem is keeping me from logging in. At least this way, I know they're throwing money at the problem.
