Freaky Creatures Joins 2008 Extreme Gaming Tour

Freaky Creatures has announced that it will be joining with Intel and Dell for the 2008 Extreme Gaming Tour.
MALIBU, Calif. - June 26, 2008 - Abandon Interactive Entertainment and Alienware, the leading manufacturer of high-performance entertainment and PC gaming systems, today announced that they are working together to promote the upcoming cross-platform MMO game Freaky Creatures as part of the Dell-Intel 2008 Extreme Gaming Tour. The Extreme Gaming Tour kicks off today at Wizard World in Chicago with a lineup of top PC titles including: World of Warcraft, Lost Planet, Space Siege, Backup: Painkiller, World in Conflict, Assassin's Creed, Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock and Madden 3D. The tour will hit major video game and entertainment industry events and conferences throughout the summer, including Summerfest, Taste of Buffalo, Artscape, Allstate 400 NASCAR race, Gen Con Indy and the Penny Arcade Expo.

Scheduled for release in late summer, Freaky Creatures is a cross-platform MMO game that allows players to build the ultimate, customizable creatures and battle them against friends. Players begin with collectable action figures and a flash drive that brings the creatures to life online. The initial creatures come with 50 different parts, 20 powers and four objects that can be placed in to the creature's lair. The variety of parts and powers will allow players to create more than 3 billion visual combinations. Players can battle other creatures via PC to PC or PC to mobile gameplay.
