Chronicle 5: Oath of Blood is almost here!

The servers will be down for maintenance at 8:00 AM CDT on September 6 for the launch of Chronicle 5: Oath of Blood. The expected downtime is approximately six hours.

There will be several methods available for updating to Chronicle 5: Oath of Blood once the servers go down.

• Update your game client through the game updater.
• Download the full Chronicle 5 game client from FilePlanet beginning at 9:00 AM CDT.
• Download the PTS to Live Conversion file from the official web site if you played on the Chronicle 5 Test Server. The official web site will not yet host the full Chronicle 5 game client, but we plan to do so in the near future.

These downloads will be available once maintenance begins tomorrow.

Please be aware of the following changes that will also occur during the server downtime in preparation for Chronicle 5.

• Your characters will be moved to the closest village. Chaotic characters will be re-located outside of the nearest village.
• All head accessories (Cat Ears, Party Mask, etc) will be un-equipped and placed in the inventory.
• Chrono Maracas will be placed in the warehouse of your highest level character. Please note that your account has to have been active within the last three months to receive this special Chronicle souvenir item. Players on the new Franz server will also receive the Chrono Maracas later this month.
• Replays from Chronicle 4 will no longer be viewable with Chronicle 5.
• The event items announced previously will be removed.
