These Fabled mobs are available during the 5th anniversary event which will be available when Gates of Discord unlocks on progression servers. All Fabled run when anniversary events spin up.

Raids
Requesting raids and getting the instance will give you a 2 Day 12 Hour lockout for requesting the instance again via a Agent of Change.
Killing anything inside of the instances will give you a 6 Day 12 hour loot lockout.

Zones
Mines of Gloomingdeep is active now. This is the tutorial zone.
NPC's that are handled as bosses in Agent of Change instances will not spawn in load balanced zones. Bosses will only spawn in the base zone. Zones that can spawn a boss in the base zone have no player cap. We do not plan to use Mitigation of the Mighty for Gates of Discord or any further expansions.
