Died easily to a 70 monk with about 400 AA and Plane of Time geared with a healer merc, took awhile but was very easy, even with an add or two.

This guy spawned immediatly after killing one of the fallen champions for me. Wasn't expecting it and was 3 boxing, lost my little necro before I attempted to slow him. Wasn't too hard of a kill, even unslowed, for 71 mage boxing 71 cleric. Pet tanked, cleric tossed a couple CH's in and Mage just burned him down. Even had time to rez the necro in between heals. Dropped the caster wrist and the other trash the undead drop (Lance, shield, and dust I think it was) First time seeing him in many hours of killing the undead, so he is a fairly rare spawn.

I solo'd him easily, slow'd him, malo'd, pet's, dots'. Dropped the Caster wrists.

Was DK Blue to me, 70 druid and my 70 warrior.
Slowed by weapon proc and fairly easy after that.
Dropped Arcblade first time.

also drops Ethereal Silversilk Wristwraps - spawns in one or maybe all of the wandering horse mobs I think a fallen champion they are called
