Got him today at location 789.74, 686.98, -33.81 he dropped the "Graven ring of Grimlop "
Triumvirate blood stone drops from Grimlop as well. Got one the other day and did the quest for an extra merc slot :)

Illusion works to blog damaging spell, until Grimlop to dispels the illusion, i'd suggest getting on a mount as a way to block the spell.
Appears to be an AoE with a good range. Most of group was turned into sick rabbits.

spawns where he said but it dropped embellished handwraps not wirstwraps for us.
Spawns on the south side of the bridge on the west bank. Placeholders are Diseased Hopper
Fight smarter not harder.

this info cant be right there is no Diseased Hoppers on the south side of any bridge.
