Gronk One-Eye roams the drachnid tunnels beneath Dreadspire Keep. He hits for a max ~2,500 and casts "Orc Frenzy" at around 40% health. Hang around him long enough and you'll see:

Gronk One-Eye sighs, 'Just cause me lose one eye dey make me work here wid da bones. Not Gronk's fault someone take his eye when he asleep!'

Gronk One-Eye says, 'I come to find you little eye!'
