I spend most of my time solo. This is not by choice. I am constantly sending up OOCs for my 55 Ranger, who is usually fully buffed with Virtue, Fo7, ext KEI and a haste buff. It seems that these days, there is almost no one interested in grouping. I don’t know why. I waste a tremendous amount of time just looking for groups, so these days I’ve kind stopped.
I am working on all of the languages; I’ve got about 8 done and started 5 others. I’m constantly questing for items I need, like 3 more drops to complete my 6th Shawl Quest. I’m about ½ way done my 1.0 Epic. I’m always trying to find peeps to do adventures (I want the Figurine Charm). And of course I’m addicted to trade-skilling, currently tailoring and smithing. I’d love to raise my tailoring 50pts to get it to 212 so that I can complete the 6th shawl and also get my fleeting quiver done. I’m also farming plat to buy a 34% haste belt upgrade that I really need, only 9000pp to go.
I’m a casual player, so these things take time. It is extremely difficult these days to find people or guilds that are interested in players like me. It seems a lot of folks are only interested in an all-out no-holds-bared race to get to the next uber item or zone. These folks just don’t realize that it is the Process of Getting There, that is the fun. At least it is for me.
I just joined a guild, after being guild free for almost 16mths. I needed a break from the useless politics, although it is VERY fun to watch teenagers play politics. Maybe this new guild will be different. I’m going to give them a good try.
Look me up on Luclin.
