Skills after level 50

I know skills are capped at level 50. Once you hit 51 most skills are recapped at a higher level.

Here is my question, levels 51 and beyond, is the 5-skill point per level restriction still enforced? Or is the skill max limited by char level?

Max skill is based on Class and level and is not 5 per level for all skills

for my pally i had Evoke 235
Piercing 210

all at lvl 55 and i could not increase them with training <i tried

At lvl 58 my skills are Evoke 235 <assuming now that it is a hard cap>
Piercing 223

so skills do go up slower post 51 and seem for pally's at least to be less than 5 per lvl
