Turning in Decayed ArmorFollow

I have the components for the Darkforge Armor, but am confused on where to take all the pieces? (I.E. Decayed armor, enchanted platinum, Fiary Dust, etc.) Where do I turn all this stuff in at to get the actual Darkforge Armor?
