Since the 8th may patch which did away with most of the restrictions about "alignment" in groups etc the server has a reasonably good population.
This has not been universally welcomed by the roleplaying community but what it does mean is that you are able to make your own restrictions according to your storyline. Just obviously be aware that they may not match what others expect of you.
Roleplaying guilds have varying restrictions. Some forbid grouping outside the old limits, others permit it but do not open guild events outside those limits.
One of the least mentioned but biggest differences is the bind restriction. All players are limited to the melee bind points. This means no binding the cleric outside the dungeon. PoK has reduced the impact of this but a run back from PoK, or even the wayfarer camp can make a big difference at the end of an adventure. Consider Kedge. On any other server you could bind outside, on FV your nearest bind is Kaladim, PoK or the BBM Wayfarer camp. For Sebilis it is PoK. Kael is great, it
is a city and you can bind just inside - right where the train hits zone
