ok i have made so many swords, hammers, daggers, etc. i know the fire has a stronger proc towards undead and ice creatures, ice has the opposite i just dont know whut whithering does. its gotta be a proc cuz when i hit with it a cloud appears as if it proced but no DMG showed up. if u can answer id be very happy.

Most weapons and spells that give that message/cloud usually reduce the str/agility of the target, and what does this post have to do with Quests?
