I was in paineel fighting a necro mob and i got feared. Obviously it sent me running and i ended up falling the 20k damage into old ruins of paineel. I of course as a ranger died as soon as i touched the ground. I petitioned and i havent gotten a response from a GM yet. Think i will get a rez?

You won't get a rez for that off a GM. It's working as intended as the saying goes and as a necro I've done several corpse summons here.

The way in is in the small cove in Paineel swimming through the crack at the top of the rocks just underwater. That takes you into the Ruins of Old Paineel (The Hole) and into an underwater tunnel without needing a key.

DMF certainly drops when you zone in, I'm unsure about EB but be prepared to swim a short way through the tunnel and surface. Get your bearings and you'll see a ledge. Be careful, wandering mobs sometimes patrol the ledge but from the point of view as you zone in, the point on the left hand side is pretty safe and out of aggro range.

Obviously both you and the necro need to be grouped and in the same zone to summon your corpse. That spot is a good place to do it. To get out, swim back through the crack or take a druid/wiz to port/TL you all out.
