Lizardman Mystic Medicine Bag

Hi,
I am a level 10 Ogre shaman I need a medicine bag that is
apparently dropped by lizardman mystic in Feerrott.

I have killed a least 50 maybe 70 of these guys in the last
2 weeks they have been dropping Mystic dolls and lizardman mystic scales but have not dropped Lizardman Mystic medicine bag.

Just wondering if anybody else has been able get one of these
lately.

I've been trying the same thing without success - but im only seven.

Im guessing they are going to drop off the higher level mystics on the RM side of the river or off the mystics in RM itself. They are red to me at the moment - and I havent managed to single pull them - the whole camp seems to want to come along for company no matter what I do!.
