When the new Discs came out, I looked at them for my SK. Did not get any, but noticed they were 2cp each for the tome. My son bought the Focused Will tome for 2cp.
Now, I have a Rogue and went to buy it...but it costs over 300pp now. Is that correct? Is it worth it?

Sounds like a common issue. My guess is that the vendor pricing got screwed up or else they decided to make you pay 300pp for a lvl 10ish ability. /Bug it and hope for a change.
