Unfinished Paladin Quest??Follow

I know this is going back quite a ways but I still have the silly Holy Partisan of Underfoot. Does anyone know if the second part of the quest was ever in the game. I saw one post one time on a random board of a person finding the "cleric" to give it to (not sure I believed them) and the cleric asked for the other items. Does anyone have any information about the quest? OOPS wrong board thought I was on the quest board, sorry.
