PoP Flag Progression?Follow

Anyone have a link to a site, that goes not in-depth, but gives more information on PoP flag progression. All I have found all the site is...

Which is helpful, but I'm looking for a little more info on what exactly is done to get each flag. Possibly locs. of mobs, or npc's ect. Any help, as always, is very much appreciated.
