Started pvp not to long ago and have a queastion is there any way to get to higher lvl when all you do is get pk'ed every time you zone into exp zone?

Well, I don't play on the PvP server, but if you've been hunting (or trying to!) in some of the newer zones, from the Luclin expansion, for example, give the older areas a shot. They're usually a lot less crowded, and people might be more friendly. Some places to try are: Blackburrow, Crushbone, and the Warrens. These are all pretty full with monsters, so if you can get a partner or two, so much the better. Good luck!
