Ward's Ring of FealtyFollow

Ward's Ring of Fealty showed up in Lucy's yesterday and I was wondering where it comes from. Could this be from named barbarain leaders in Rathe Mt. War event? Stats, bonuses and hps make me think it is, though the required level is a bit lower than the other drops in the two battles so far. Anyone know?
