Character not owned by meFollow

I have two questions actually. The first is "Why do I get the message "you do not own this character" more than half the times I attempt to log into or change anything in my character 466962? The second question is why can't I edit my character to include some of the Grandmaster's Stalwart armor, such as the helm, and many of the DoN purchased augs?
