My Buddy tried to turn in the Childs Tear to Lord Rak'Ashiir but he wouldnt take it?

He already has Ally faction..so anyone have any idea's or is the quest maybe broken?

Thanks for your help as always!

hrmm, dunno if its broken or not, but make sure the guy doing the turnin is "max" ally. If he is already, then not sure :/

Just an update:

Good call jrmayii!

Shammy got max ally faction and we headed to COM..without a tank against my advice..Peeps figured "Eh...1.0 mob we should be able to do it....uh huh.....

SO we got him to 42% before he got us all to 0%...lol

Now the Shammy has to head back to Plane of Fear to get another tear.

Even considering the wipe...was still a fun night. Smiley: lol

Ack, sorry you guys wiped. Really Fear isn't that big a deal anymore. One of the golems doesn't death touch and IIRC he can spawn the iksar child as well.

My buddy took a chance and petitioned for a new tear....Guess What?

GM gave him the tear, no questions asked. Smiley: jawdrop
(So in this one rare case....crappy CS was a good thing?)

Very cool. Certainly saves an annoying trip to Fear. Give a knight a job and take a tank next time ;)

I tried to turn in Danl's Reference and the wrong robe (the non-upgraded version that you need the two pipes for) with my monk to the guy in TD and he ate Danl's reference. I petitioned the GM's telling them what happened and they were kind enough to return it to me. Methinks if it has to do with mis-turning in epic stuff that they're pretty nice about it, given that most people are following guides online and don't always have the most comprehensive of guides in front of them.
