Are these the current hot zones? I cant seem to find them posted anywhere.. and this is from the patch on April 12th.

sure an ikky could. every time i start a new alt i like top level up in different zones as well. necro would pwn kurns but if you have been there and done that go ahead and do the warrens for awhile especially if you need the faction.
When you hit level 10 you might like to try the Estate of Unrest. There are lots of undead mobs there to make your necro happy and it's a fun zone.
he has a good point theoretically you could go from 10 - 35 or so in unrest. If you have done pc to death this is a nice option.
there is some undead in LOIO you could also look at in that level range but the xp modifier is brutal there now.
Butcherblock mountains has an undead chessboard. BB has a very fat xp bonus I would use allah to see what level you would need tyo be top solo them.
