Explore Blackburrow - newbie armor questFollow

I'm having trouble getting the first of the tasks to update - supposedly right when you zone in to Blackburrow from Qeynos Hills it is supposed to update the task, but it doesn't. I play a Gnome, and have seen that the 3rd task is hard to update for small races, but nothing about the 1st. Anyone have any idea what could be the problem here?

I finally finished it. I got the first task stage to complete by running through the gnoll jaws at the entrance to the cave, not at the zone in. When I was giving up for the time being and started to run back to Qeynos I found this unexpected surprise. Then the final task stage completed only when I jumped through the Everfrost zone line (being a gnome I was too short to trigger the task stage completion). I hope this helps someone in the future.
