I realize that there is a fishing forum but im hoping for a more timely response by posting here :-) anyway my question is;i have all the nessessary things to make busybee circle flys as well as busybee dry flys (tacklebox,bixie wings,dry and circle hooks,and silk thread)the thing is is that it wont let me use them when i open my tacklebox in fact it doesnt show any recipies at all when i go to search recipies what am i not doing is it just a matter of level?,is there a place to get fishing recipies?,a book?

You'll have to successfully combine them (once) manually in your tackle box (using the experiment button) to "learn" the recipe. After you learn it you can use the new tradeskill UI to combine.

ah! thats the missing piece of info i was looking for thank you so much :-)
This applies to all tradeskills, however for most of the main ones you start off with most recipes already learned.
