Note about your 9th trialFollow

Was wondering if anyone had done this newb armor quest from the good side task fella. I tried it last night by two-boxing my cleric and beastlord. I could pretty much handle the mobs if I moved along carefully....but it was taking so long I finally had to give up and quit. I got as far as killing Hrek the Defiler (think that was his name). The next guy on the list was some sort of Overlord....has anyone found him? And do you know if he is always in a fixed position...or could there possible be place holders for him to kill first?

Just trying to minimize my time invested when I try it again. With only 2 toons, the respawn timer was somewhat of a hindrance to me. By the time I'd clear a path to one section of the zone looking for this guy, they would be respawned when I'd have to double back after I didn't find him.

Any info on this quest would be appreciated.

Yes, you could bring them from the regular version. The first time I had tried, I did like you and jumped down the well. While I was down there, I killed the shadowknight down there (the one who drops all 3 keys). I eventually left the task, and started it over....but I still had all the keys. Also, as for the guy on the first floor, I didn't see him either...but maybe he isn't always there...perhaps you have to kill who is there and wait for him to spawn? Just a thought.
