changing the soundFollow

how do u replace the sounds in eq like the eq theme combat theme etc. I can replace the eqtheme but whenever I Log on it downloads it and I also replaced the combat themes but it doesnt work anyone know how to do it corectly?

Correct, you cannot change the theme music. If you change the file, the patcher will recognize that fact and download the original. Basically, your choices are the combat mmusic EQ comes with or turn the combat music off.

I havn't looked yet so may be giving false information but I seem to remember something about changing the settings in the eqclient.ini file. Will take a look and edit message to confirm

Looked through my configuration files and couldn't find anything to referance music. Will continue to do some research I am sure I seen something somewhere about the time OOW came out with the Voice Speak

ooo please can u give me a link of that music I would love to get that old music back I think the new music is crap
