Not arguing against soloing. Just said quadding was too much work. Haven't done much soloing since 50 cause I've had more fun in groups.
Graveyard in Katta I have found a hard time spawning mobs. You kill one and the next one doesn't seem spawn for several minutes even running over every square inch to trip the trap.
Draniks, too many possible adds to kite, plus some mobs summon.
Tried charming in PoN, too unreliable at the time. Need a higher level charm. Not a place to run out of mana either. Only been there in groups. Place gives me the creeps hehe...
I have found root/charm unreliable in OoW places like Draniks (do not have the root AA yet).
I absolutley HATE wasting 3/4 of my mana on one mob, only to have to succor out before I get any xp or loot because of adds or spells not landing or holding or whatever. Or worse, getting blind-sided by adds and end up begging for a rez in the Guild Lobby.
I have just found it more enjoyable in groups, with a tank holding aggro and cleric healing. Then I can pretty much do whatever is needed, DPS, root, snare, debuff, spot heal, buff, evac, etc., much more fun if you ask me.
