I am a psych major, however I cannot discuss the survey because it may alter the way that you answer the questions.
Well quite some years back I worked in market research so as an 'expert' on surveys let me clarify a few points you might what to share with other 'psych major' students who plan to do surveys:
1- Always introduce yourself and say who you are and what you want from people.
2- NEVER present a survey as something it is not. Do not say (taking this case as example) it's for fun when you are actually gathering the data entered by others, that's called misleading and a big NO NO in reseach and live in general.
Infact the intro page of your survey states:
"....of the study is to understand if there is a correlation between people's emotions and online gaming...." which means that you not being able to inform us what this is about is total rubbish.
3- Explaining what a survey is about will not influence the results. What influences the results is the way the questions are asked, or when doing face2face or via phone leading a respondent to a certain answer.
4- I will email Faculty Supervisor and Assistant director informing them of this post of yours and hoping they will instruct their students on how to properly and in a polite way ask people to participate in a survey. Reason for this is that I heard one of my underage guild members talk about this, and as a kid he didn't even bother to read the rules and disclaimer because you said it was "fun". If you would have posted this as a "survey-research into internet addiction and loneliness" he would not have bothered even looking at it, as such your data is now flawed and not a representation of the age group you are doing this survey with.
Alla, I hope you will make sure this post stays were it is so the faculty can check themselves.
EDIT: I decided to take this survey (not answering any questions) just to see what you are asking. Man oh man is this a leading survey. You can read my email if you ask Mr Waite or Ms Kaplan.
You have to do some serious reseach on how to conduct a survey.
