Just came back to EQ from WoW (Leaving with 7 level 60s...) and am loving my level 30 SK... but there are no groups and the last expansion i bought was LDoN. So i was wondering which expansion to get that would help with this solo situation. I have a 14 Shammy that i camped out in Paludal Caverns back when WoW came out and there were actually groups, but whenever i log in with HIM there are no groups there. I'm wondering if it's my server (Druzzil Ro/Xev) with this lack of lowbies to group with.
Since my main is only level 30, i could just reroll to another server, so what servers are populated at the mid-levels? And the same thing applies, which of the new expansions will benefit me until i pop the level cap?
Despite my low levels, it's so nice to be back to the love of EQ from the crap of WoW.

Gotta tell you brother , this has to be the MOST common thread on these forums these days. Every day someone posts a message saying almost exactly the same thing. EQ has gotten SO many players back it is unbelievable. Check out the last couple of weeks and you will find many replies to your questions. Good luck !!

I cannot reccomend Stromm ATM........There are groups to be found from 10-40 but I have found on my 41 shammy there doesent seem to be any toons in that range LFG for the last several weeks.....I have seent it improves at 55+ again but there really are not a lot LFG until close to 70.

I started a War to break up the grind of 60+ and I've gotten him to 35. I pop into OT on Maelyn Starpyre and there are usually at least 3 - 4 groups hunting with peeps waiting for openings. Gunthak usually has at least 2 Beach groups going as well.
Thats what I'vebeen seeing since playing my baby War, so maybe MS may be a good fit for you.
As for your question on Exspansions? I would get Dragons of Norrath, if not all you are missing. The Guild Lobby alone is worth the $$.

7th Hammer has pick-up groups for all levels at all play times.

Erm I would disagree too, maybe your server has issues with pick up groups but others dont. Our old server (MT) was merged with two others and since then we've had an abundance of groupage.
Even if you couldnt find a normal group...with DoN you can group with anyone at any level. Only bad thing is you really arent gaining loot/pp/knowledge of your class, it's just a way to gain some exp.
Pretty sure when I'm in PoK and there's 150+ people there at 10 AM...it's a massively played game.
