ethereal/spectral parchments and glyphed runesFollow

Howdy all.

I have recently been learning to solo in Halls of Honor. I have found some of my spells for sale in the bazaar, but there are a few here and there that I don't have.

So far I have gotten 2 ethereal parchments to drop. Turning them in got me 2 spells I already have. I am wondering, is there a set order you get spells for turn ins or is it like my trying to get clarity 2 (keep trying over and over and sometimes get the same one 2-3 times in a row)?

If there is a set order instead of random spell, what is the order for each?

No, all random. The 60-63 level spells are really an annoyance. The parchments are hard to come by. Everyone in the group will roll when they do drop. You're not likely to get the spell you need/want if you are lucky enough to get a parchment.

I waited for weeks to either get a spectral parchment or for my level 63 nuke spell to come up for sale in the baz. I finally found it for sale - cost me 20k. I had to hawk other toons gear to buy it, but glad I did as I havne't seen it again.

The runes for 65+ spells are expensive but at least they are available.

Ok, another question, but this one about HoH.

Lately I've been doing an MM and then while I wait on the timer I run to HoH. I head to the room Alden Koden is in (he's white to me at 65, so good exp). I kill him and then do the one next to him and the other 2 in the room, leaving me time to gate back to PoK and then run to Nek forest for another MM.

In the room Alden Koden is there sometimes is a mob standing in the middle of the room. He is the trigger for a raid event (one of the trials) dragon.

Today when I got on I headed in did my routine and there was a guild massing to do the trial. No problem, I killed Alden real quick and gated out. Later I came back and the room was totally empty. I figure oh, I musta just got here soon after the raid ended, I'll just kill in the previous room and give it time to pop. So far I've been back a few times in a few hours and the room is still empty. I understand the guy in the middle being gone, but I want my white con mob back! Is this room on a timer now because of the raid? I'm pretty sure I've been in there at other times shortly after the raid event and the room had repopped.. howcum tonight seems to be different?
