Wand of Dark Waters
Warning!If you turn this in to get the old droppable one, it loses the 750 damage Time Lapse effect!!!!! Hell of a cost. Sure glad I asked before I traded mine in. It becomes Archaic Wand of Dark Waters, and loses 50 HP and mana, which that part is expected, not the losing Time Lapse.

This problem was fixed on the 12/08/05 patch.
