MM'sFollow

I have looked at the write-up of the master list and great listing!!

Been playing for awhile now, am upper 30's, and hear MM's are a fun way to pass the time. Also most zones are preety void of players, not that I mind too much since I play a Necro but always try to work on my Ldr AA's, which leaves me to try and learn MM's and not only see and share in the fun that everyone is talking about but also experience another feature of EQ.

Being totally new to MM's I have a few questions:

1) Are there any MM's you need pre-requisites for? Like doing other MM's first or certain level etc.

2) How long do each of the MM's take? (might be a good listing to also do)

3) The higher your level do you get more AA's / classes available for the MM?

4) Is XP shared the same way as regular leveling XP?
i.e. split amongst everyone but higher levels get more of a percentage fof the XP / Group bonus / etc.

5) Ldr AA's from character work in MM?

6) Good / Best XP MM's?

7) Guides/walkthroughs & ZI (https://everquest.allakhazam.com/forum.html?forum=1;mid=112977336519064590;num=73 has ZOne but no idea if that is ZI or the place you find quest giving NPC..maybe it is both but like I said am totally new to MM's)
All I can think of right now.
Thank you for your time to read and reply.

Leader AAs work in MMS.

I swear my characters with run3 also run faster than the ones without it but don't quote me.

As far as I know you can do MMs at any level (if you can survive to get to zone in). Under level 61 your xp is not all that good (since several nerfs). 61+ you get like 70-80% of an AA or 1/2 a yellow for some missions.

Some are much easier than others, I won't spoil it for you. Xp is somewhat more reflective of effort required too.

Time required depends on mission. Our group can knock off a Nektulos Fairy mission in less than 20 minutes. We did the Lfay Brownie mission in a couple of hours (won't do that one again anytime soon). Some people say they can do certain ones in 5 minutes. If you have a good strategy and work well as a team the time it takes goes down.

There are some MMs that are included DoD progression that do require certain lvls and pre-requisites. Most MMs however do not and you can do them at any lvl.

2) How long do each of the MM's take? (might be a good listing to also do)

It varies on the mission and the group.

3) The higher your level do you get more AA's / classes available for the MM?

Each MM is different. One MM will allow you to select 6 different class types while others only allow one. As far as I know there is no unlocking classes in MMs.

4) Is XP shared the same way as regular leveling XP?

No. XP from MMs is distributed based on your lvl. If you do a mission with 5 people you don't get any more than completing the same one with 6.

5) Ldr AA's from character work in MM?

Yes and no. Leader abilities do work in MMs. However you cannot gain leader xp by completing MMs.

6) Good / Best XP MM's?

I would say the number one MM used for XP is the fairy mission in Nektulos.

7) Guides/walkthroughs & ZI

MMs are distributed throughout Norrath in the old zones as well as the new.
