Hi , I'm a lvl 66 druid.... Im looking for some idea's or suggestions on getting some gear for a warrior. I have a spare account with all the expansion and i just cant seem to let the account go to waiste... so Im considering make either a warrior or a Monk to box. Only problem is, im a very poor druid. ( i have no money ). So im looking for suggestions on wich class would be more needed for groups. And some idea's on some decent gear that i might be able to farm first.. Being a lvl 66 druid...

all idea's and input would be very apreciated

thanks.

Make a mage? Not all that gear dependent. Pet can tank.

Gothic steel isn't expensive anymore, so maybe start with that.

If you really want to camp for gear, warriors can wear lots of stuff that drops in Veksar. Maybe head there and camp all the nameds for a few days.

Since you state that you're poor and don't have a lot of money I would pick the monk over the warrior. With a monk you can be a great addition to a group being the puller. Monks aren't as gear dependent as warriors. Warriors are more expensive gear wise. They also have to get agro type gear to help maintain their agro. With a monk you can add dps and pulling ability. You can also offtank adds or if the main tank goes down.

aye unless you have high tradeskills with your druid or perhaps do a lot of DoN's (for crystals), the warrior will be pretty expensive to gear up.

also have you considered a beastlord? Relatively inexpensive to gear up and makes a nice duo with a druid.

Um.. there are cheap things on FV, my trader is loaded with otherwise notrade things for 100-1000p.. which you can make in an hour farming the Outer Acrylia (2 or 3 times over).

Personally, I would make a necro to go with your Druid, but I am not dogmatic (just happy with my personal choices).. make anything you like.

And shoot me a tell if you play after 9pm Pacific.

I 2 box a monk and a shammy. Monks can tank most mobs given they have decent armor. the downside to monks is the limitation in gear. they only get leather and are very if not extremely limited to certain weapon types. On the really goos hand though a well equiped monk can do just about anything with a healer by his/her side. I love my monk he's a great asset to my shammy and my shammy is a great asset to him. I would reccomend a BL though for 2 reasons. Slows... this is really handy when adding to the fact that your druid can heal a BL/priest class combo would be almost unstoppable. They have great DPS can tank as well as amonk since they wear the same armor and are able to use a few differnt types of weapons so you get a bit more flexability. aslo the BL would have quite a bit of utility that helps you bothe they get almost the same buffs shammy's do minus the really good ones this will help get your stats up so you can be even less gear dependent. If i hadn't had my monk well before the BL was out i'd make one but since i have a shammy i don't really need a BL

You didn't mention if you will be boxing on a second computer, 2 boxing on one computer always leave 1 character in auto mode via hotkeys. Warriors need lots of attention from the keyboard. A Pet class may be more effective with the pet tanking and you would have 2 healers for the pet which can allow your Driud to provide more DPS. Also the pet will stay with the mob unattended if the Druid has to start kiting.
