What classes get the Xp Penilty (please pardon the spelling)? is it Ogres, Trolls??? not sure...

trolls ogres iksar for sure maybe some other dark races but i don't think so. bonus to humans and vah shir.

humans got a bonus for being mediocre in everything last i heard of but i could be wrong

"Halflings actually do get a 5% racial bonus, they are the only ones."

I think that's why I was missinformed I have never actually played anything other than iksar or ogres for long enough to notice but i had read something back in the day that humans got the bonuse. The halfling bonus is new new to me but that will never make me ever want to play that race any more than i don't want to now
