I've got 6+ years on my account...how do I claim the rewards?
type /veteranreward
they will show up on your AA window

It is paid up active account status that determines how much time you have on your account for vet rewards.

Understood. Next question....how do you activate them? I've got 5 of them just sitting there...waiting...lurking...
when you pull up the AA screen, go to veteran rewards. Click on a reward. At the bottom of the AA screen it says something about "make a hot button". Make the hot button and you're on you're way.
