How do you start an LDonFollow
goto everfrost, East comonlands, South ro, North ro or Butcherblock.
find the LDoN camp.
hail the one marked "group tasks" (not positive of the name, but is also raid ones)
you need at least 3 in your group with a lvl spread of no more than 10.
and thats it.

Just to clarify, the NPC in the Wayfarers camp you want is labelled Adventure Recruiter if I remember correctly.
