#1 Jan 02 2006 at 9:13 PM Rating: Decent
So i really hope this is a temporary thing. I died after i forgot i bound myself in butcherblock. well when zoning to Butcherblock after my death my comp crashed. i tried loggin in again and everytime i log on my computer crashes because im trying to enter Butcherblock. So i thought it might be a toon problem, i ran Selowin over there to check it out and when she tried to zone to Butcherblock, same thing happened. Now I have two toons i cant get too in Butcherblock. So frustrating, does anyone know wut is going on with that zone? did they bring it down cause i didnt get a message. and does anyone know when itll be back up so i can get killing again? any info on this would be appreciated. thanks guys

oh by they way the server is Fennin Ro.

It happens sometimes. On Maelin Starpyre, PoK went down for about 30 minutes, causing much panic. Go onto chat and report it, and it should be corrected rather quickly.

You're files (or a file) for Butcherblock may also have gotten corrupted. (I think I had the same issue with Temple of Sol Ro ages ago). If it's not cleared up by itself, delete all files pertaining to butcherblock, and run a complete file check.

I will try that file scan thing, i did the advnace scan but did not delete the files before hand. in the meantime if anyone on Fennin Ro could head to Butcherblock and see if you can enter the zone I will know if it is a computer problem as appose to an account/server problem. I would appreciate this but I suggest you do it with an alt. oh tand thanks to the quick repsonses on this forum. just want to get back hunting with you all ASAP!

It does sound like your butcherblock files are corupted. Like was mentioned delete all the butcherblock files and then run a complete file check. If that still doesn't work go into the chat section when you first log on. There's a room called 'stuck character' I think it is. There should always be a GM in there they can move your toon to a different zone if you talk to them.
