I read on the bestiary that Quarm does not cast all his ae's at once but casts 2 at a time as each head drops off. But I saw no posting of what is cast when.
Can any of you who have experience with this tell me which ae he casts in what order?

Thats what i thought but am glad to hear it confirmed from someone else.
I think that Quarm's AE are random, but as you progress in the fight the heads are falling and thus, the AE linked to the fallen heads aren't used anymore.
I'm not 100 % sure of that though, and maybe that could be confirmed by someone else.

Dont think it has anything to do with his heads. Every 25% he randomly picks 2 AEs from the 8 he can have. He can even pick one he has already used.
