I need some advice please.
I have got my Erudite necro to 41 by soloing which I enjoy.
I have always looked for yellows and reds , or at last resort , evens to hunt.
Dreadlands is fast turning to blues with the occasional yellow or even.
Where can I go to get reds and yellows again. I have tried DSP and Echo Caverns.

Guk Deadside make sure you bring your undead slow and lul spells. Dars and names should still be yellow for you and exp should be allot faster then dreadlands because of indoor exp bonus.
Yeah, another post for guk deadside, should do you well till 48, actually was there getting good exp till 50.
Agree with Guk Dead side....and after that head Straight to the Gargoyles in the Plane of Nightmare. Great loot and they will bring you through the hellish 50's fairly easily.
Hmm...have you been to Kaesora? The Church area is all undead around that level, and you really should get your Howling Stones key.

You Could try Scarlet Dessert. I think this is still a hot zone. Also the reavants are undead and there some decent TS drops there all different size blocks of Acrylia.

I wanted to point that out, too. At this point effort and mana expenditure on yellow/reds is not going to be worth the kill rate.

Something you may want to keep in mind, soloing reds and yellows isn't always the best xp. Usually taking on high dark blues is faster xp per hour due to the kill rate even though the xp per mob is less.

Quick question.... where did you take your nec from 23 to 40? I have a nec but since it is my first caster/pet type I'm not really sure where to take him.

Since you are already in Dreadlands, head over to the hidden valley area. There is a series of pyramids which hold skeletons, easily single pulled.
You'd have to check your map but it's on the opposite side of the zone that the FV tunnel is.

At 70, two of your best solo XP/hour choices are yellows and reds.
Dulak, once you get there will rock. As do the other choices. For me, I did 42-46 at the Taskmaster area, on the Deep side of the Echo Caverns. All of mine got planar there.
Hang in there. 50ish is one of your peaks of power.. so are the low 60s as you get your PoP spells, and then with those in hand and as you fill in your Omens+ spells.. nothing can stop you. Enjoy.. there is nothing quite as much fun as a playing a necromancer.
I spent a lot of time in the upper level areas of Echo, too. Charming one of the skelly miners and use him to tank the Taskmaster is always fun.
Also, try to get your LDoN points. The curse spells - Dark Soul, Imprecation and Horror will be useful.

YOu could do velks as well stick to the first room and single pull and you'd be fine(hell you can hang out there till 60 =p).
