Where is the lowest level place to hunt for swirling shadows i know a friend who used to get them on his level 24 druid but some guy in the bazaar told me i had to be level 40+ but i know my friend used to fight somewhere in the luclin expansion for them at like 24 but he dont play anymore so can you help me?
