I have recently switched guilds with my main character. I seem to be having a problem with my tribute on my characters. Using my guild tribute, i cannot upgrade, downgrade, activate or deactivate. I can only donate. Using my personal tribute i can turn it on and off, and donate but cannot upgrade or downgrade. Anyone know of a way to fix this? I have /petitioned and was told to /bug it. I have /bugged it but still nothing. I am at a loss here. I find tribute to be very useful and would like to use it again soon. Thanks for the help!

The guild leader controls all guild tribute, including activation and deactivation.

Go to your tribute NPC in your home city to upgrade or downgrade your personal tribute.

Until you become guild leader or a designated officer, you can't control guild tribute. Guild tribute was designed for raids.
Just as Fallonn said,
The only place to change/upgrade/downgrade your personal tribute is at the tribute master in your home town.

The only actions regular guild members can do with guild tribute is opt in & donate, which must be done at the guild tribute NPC in the guild hall. Once opted in, you will receive the guild tribute benefits when the guild leader/officer has activated it.
