Call me crazy (many people do) but how can I go about raising my Knights of Truth faction?

I've read that maxing your faction with the Knights of Truth will give you the special title "of the Truthbringer", much like titles you get from GM events.

I've also heard that getting max ally with the Freeport Militia gives a title as well, but I don't know what it is.

I've read a bit about the particular faction, but what works best for raising faction? Quests or just all out killing? Do some npc's or mobs give more faction than others?

Any help you can provide would be much appreciated.

Thank you.

Raise Knights of Truth by killing Deathfist Orcs in Freeport West, East/West Commonlands, Nektulos Forest, or Misty Thicket. There are also some quests but that is the easiest way.

I have noticed some deathfist pawns in Freeport West do not give faction hits now, check the spelling, ones without faction have Capitals in their name.

Look to the left, at the quest lists. One is called By Faction. Look up knights of truth.
You can also raise knights of truth faction by killing militia guards, by accepting a task in So ro if you can kill either Sand Giants or Caimans. For sg task hail the human in plate by the lake in SO ro. For caimans I have heard there is a gnome to hail. Said gnome is supposed to be chased by caimans, but I have yet to find him. I have been killing lots of Sg instead with my 51 and 55 paladins. Im still kos to the militia but I really dont care about that.
