Little monk is now 61/90 and the AA count will continue to rise as I allow my regular grouping partners to catch up level-wise.

We did a few Ldon on the weekend, first time in years we had tried them. I was surprised how much fun we had doing them again, and also how well the dungeons still look. The aug drops were laughable of course (turn them all into +5-10 AC, hp regen +1 and mana regen +1 kind of augs and maybe they'd be useful to some... but I digress). I had never done Ldon with graphics turned up (old computers were lousy) so the traps were far more annoying than I recalled.

Upgraded my weapons (still could be much better) and noticed huge difference right away, especially once I put lifetap augs into them. Solo-wise this will make me much more efficient so it was worth the bit of farming I had to do to raise the coin.

Ended up keyed to the 4th island in Blackfeather Roost (which wasn't a planned thing). It's nice to have but at the moment I can only solo the first area of the zone. Interestingly the zone is very busy, I remember my necro having the place to itself for weeks on end a while ago.

Celebrated my wife's birthday with friends and had a great BBQ. I just love leaving town and heading for the countryside on these hot weekends.

No EQ for quite some time now, 3-4 months I think. Don't know when/if I will come back...

Well surprisingly my wife reactivated her account this weekend! So now my brother, wife and I are our own group!

Brother and I are both 56 on the Mayong server, my wife opted for a shaman so this gives us Ranger, Mage, Shaman along with 1 healer merc and 2 warrior mercs. So we head on over to seb and look for a fight. We totally own the top half of seb and with a yawn we drop down to the basement and head for mushroom land. I think to myself "awe we can take 2 - 3 no problem" well was I wrong, at one point we had about 7 on us! We chewed threw like a beaver on a log... WOW i was blown away, so we continue and decide to hit up the Jugs and totally slaughter the place. we played about 3 hours, my wife leveled her toon to 54 and we did about 8 AA points. Nice! plenty of spell drops and gems, will have no problem feeding the mercs now.

Really fun afternoon even though we only played for a while.

Worked on the ships all weekend.
In game on Friday I played the beastlord in ef killing Ice Giants. The Ranger burning LOD in NC (no runes) and finished up a task in Ascent on Paladin. Also drove Elne Clare to er around midnight. She did come home on Saturday.
Saturday I was very tired basically killed in ef burning LOD on the giants. Working on weapons skills using 2hb. Went to bed early. Was very happy Elne was not still in the hospital.
Sunday I logged on the rogue in drooga, then the beast in ef. Guild member was on in katta so I logged Courtin the Cleric on to work on tasks. Killed for about 2 hours yellow and white mobs, did the gather herbs and thining the ranks with shaman botting zerker and merc tank. Biggest danger was getting to set up area, since I was lagging a bit in the zone and didnt know my way around. 1 yellow to 74 and 7 AA points. Moved some things around in banks.

Happy birthday Mrs. bbot!

Didn't do a whole lot in-game this weekend. Got a bit of XP, finally getting the War to 76. Now if I could just get a steady grind group for a while, to turn out some AAs, would like to break 12 or 1300 before 80. Farmed some for the Shm. Got to 295 in Alchemy. I probably should of farmed longer, as I knew it wasn't enough to get to 300, but it gets boring pretty fast, and I think my wife was distracting too much with Yoville or something. :-/

Spent most of the weekend working on the drum parts of songs for today's band practice. It went really well for the first try using midi drums. Even with me throwing in synth parts that we hadn't been doing since we don't have a keyboard player. It startled the others, but in a pleasant way, and went really smooth. Also, noticed I screwed up one of the songs drums parts, but that was my fault for not double-checking the song .. I just did it from memory :-/

Have a good week, and if in-game have fun everyone!
