I know i can just give Bridles to NPC in stables, and get a Bag of Platinum back, this i can sell to any NPC Vendor.
But today i tried to turn in my "White Ornate Chain Bridle" but in Bazaar Stables none of the NPC want that bridle.
Can anyone tell me, where i can turn in/sell Ornate Chain Bridle?

That is because it is a drop-only bridle that goes at Pal / SK AA horse speed, and is not the ones you buy from the stable hands (White Chain Bridle).

EDIT: There is no place to turn those in or sell or tribute them.

But i can combine this bridle with Ornate Barding?
And if so, how many % is the speed upgrade?

Yes, you can and the combine will still be Pal / SK speed. Refer to Samanna's Speed Chart midway down the page.

The ornate barding doesn't upgrade the speed of the mount, it only adds a decorative blanket inbetween the saddle(and you) and the top of the mounts back. I personally think it looks much better then the standard mount.

Aside from that you have the fastest mount you can get. There is no reason to get rid of it unless you somehow got another sk/pally speed mount that you prefer the look of better, you just really hate the horse mount and would rather downgrade, or if you got the only sk/pally mount that is genuinely better (in that it has a lev component with it) Bridle of the Flying Imperial Sokokar

Actually that barding on the fastest horse bumps it up to the speed of the pally/sk summoned mount.

As you can see, adding the barding upgrades the previous horse a notch to the next fastest horse. Meaning if you buy the medium fast horse then add the barding you get the speed of the fastest buyable horse.
