OMFG!!! What ever happened to real people on the phone? I called sony (1-800-345-7669) and the entire thing is automated, there isnt even an option for an opp. All of their options are about PS3, PS2, PSP, and News on these three options. All of that is great if you have questions about it, but they make more then those 3 (ex. SOE(!!!), TV's, ect). I am very upset with their services. During the tangle with the comp, they say to go to their website to find out more info, which all their sites are down...? I will try and keep finding diff info about and UD.

ok guys sort of good news...I called probly 20 numbers and got a real person. They told me to call 858-537-0898 (which is specifically SOE) and i just have to now wait for them to open (lol GDI) they open up at 10am PACIFIC USA...for those of us on EST USA that is 2pm, CNTRL USA is 1pm, ect. about 2 hours from now. My hopes are up now! maybe i shouldnt hold my breath though lol

yea i forgot they open at 10am Pacific... meaning in 1 hour - 1.5 hours EQ will be up... as no1 there atm.. so now1 knows wtf going on lol... haha
ah, well EQ might know something about whats going on lol...i try other # listed now

10 am Pacific is 1 PM Eastern, not 2PM. They should be open in 40 minutes.
