busy week, didn't have to much time to play. I finished the scarecrow merc quest. I got my new Povar wiz up to level 51 and got him run3 which will make kiting easy as I dont need a sow anymore.

Stoopid unreliable wi-fi giving me fits. Despite that, I've got my Halfy Drood (Taterkuk) to lvl 20. Doing CR quests and about to head out to The Moors (Povar, BTW).

I rather enjoy starting a new toon with no money and no other toons to get gear for it. Harder, but more fun.

The down side is I'm used to Stromm and by comparison, Povar is pretty empty. Stromm usualy has about 12-20 peeps in CR at any given time. On Povar, I played during prime time for about 3 hours and was alone the entire time.Smiley: frown

Well my computer finally got fixed but I wont be able to pick it up until monday.

Been working, watching the John Adams hbo production on dvd.

Tomorrow is my mom's 81st birthday so we will be going to her place with other family members. Elne Clare is upstairs now working on a necklace and bracelet to give her.

Back in game on monday! I hope.

Povar does seem pretty empty (especially after Mayong) but I like the community. Had been a while since I had been given a drive-by rez by someone.

The group I was in trained a Zoneline today and was given the "Np its okay" from the person we could have killed inadvertently. I'll eat a death rather than train someone normally, but we didn't know she was at the zoneline till waaay too late to avoid it (others in group had zoned through her), so I kited around till she zoned and just made it out myself last. In other games this would have caused drama, despite the harmless outcome.

6-9 EST isn't too bad if you go to the right places. There has been a fair number of Dwarf sightings in Hotzones lately for example.

I think we all used to have a '/shout train to zone' macro back in the day.

I'd rather take a death than train someone as well. I'm not sure but mobs seem to show some leashing behavior now - as in run half the zone and they leash back. I'm not sure, but I'm pretty sure something changed from my ingrained 'zone or die' mentality.

I think it depends where you are. TSS and later seems to be leashed like all the newer games. Level 3 skeletons still seem to run the whole zone in old world.
